Step 3: Name Your QR Code
Give your code a descriptive name like "Homepage 2026" or "WiFi Guest Network". This helps you organize multiple codes.
Step 4: Customize Your Design
This is where your QR code stands out. You can:
- Change Colors – Select the foreground color (pattern) and background color
- Add a Logo – Upload your company logo to the center of your code
- Choose a Pattern – Replace the default square pattern with circles, diamonds, or other shapes
- Adjust Logo Size – Control how much of the code your logo occupies
:::tip Keep your logo size under 30% of the total code area to ensure scanability. QRelix will warn you if your design might be hard to scan. :::
See our detailed Customizing Your QR Code Design guide for advanced options.
Step 5: Configure Settings
Before generating, review these important settings:
- Security – Set password protection or expiration dates if needed
- Analytics – Enable scan tracking to monitor performance (enabled by default)
- Redirect Behavior – Choose how your code responds when scanned

Step 6: Generate Your Code
Click Generate to Create Your Code. Your QR code is now live and ready to use.
:::note All QRelix codes are dynamic and trackable by default. This means you can update where your code points without regenerating a new code, and you'll see scan analytics in real-time. :::

After generation, you can further refine your QR code's appearance.
- Color Palette – Choose from professional color combinations or create custom colors
- Logo Upload – Add or replace your logo anytime
