Terms of Service

By accessing and using QRelix QR Codes (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

QRelix QR Codes provides QR code generation, management, and analytics services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may impose limits on use and storage and may remove or refuse to store any content at our discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep credentials secure, notify us of unauthorized activity, and keep your information accurate.

User Content means any files, data, URLs, media, text, or other content you upload or create.

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You grant QRelix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, deliver, modify, analyze, and use your User Content as needed to operate and improve the Service.
• You represent that you have the rights to upload the content and it does not violate law or third-party rights.

You may not upload or link to content that:

• Violates law or enables illegal activity
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Involves child sexual abuse or sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)
• Infringes intellectual property
• Facilitates terrorism or violent extremist activity
• Promotes fraud, hacking, or unauthorized credential collection
• Violates privacy rights (e.g., doxxing)
• Enables sale of illegal goods or weapons

If unsure, do not upload.

• QRelix does not actively monitor all content.
• We may remove or disable any User Content at our discretion.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, legal violations, or security risk.

If you believe material infringes copyright, email us with a DMCA-style notice including:

• Your contact information
• The copyrighted work
• Link(s) to the infringing content
• A good-faith statement & signature

We will process valid notices and remove infringing content where appropriate.

• Fees are billed in advance and non-refundable
• Cancel anytime; premium features end immediately upon cancellation
• Auto-renews unless cancelled prior to renewal date
• Export your data before cancelling; access may be lost

• No guarantee of long-term QR code hosting or uptime
• We may delete or disable URLs or data at any time
• In a shutdown scenario, we will attempt to give notice, but cannot guarantee it
• Maintain your own backups

The Service is offered under multiple tiers with varying features, limitations, and pricing. By using any tier of the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Free Tier Limitations. QR codes generated under free or unpaid accounts are subject to scan volume limitations and may be automatically deactivated, expired, or rendered non-functional after a limited period (which may be as short as one (1) week from creation). QRelix reserves the right to modify these thresholds at any time without prior notice.
• Paid Subscription Benefits. Users who subscribe to a paid plan (e.g., Basic, Pro, or Enterprise) may receive extended or unlimited scan allowances, extended or perpetual QR code validity, and additional features as described in the applicable plan documentation.
• No Guaranteed Permanence. Regardless of subscription tier, QRelix does not guarantee indefinite availability of any QR code. All QR codes remain subject to the general availability and retention provisions set forth in Section 9.
• Tier Modifications. QRelix reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or restructure service tiers, including the features and limitations associated with each tier, at any time. Material changes to paid tier benefits will be communicated to affected subscribers in accordance with Section 16.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy:

You are responsible for complying with privacy laws for any personal data you upload or collect.

You must comply with U.S. export and sanctions laws. We may restrict access from certain countries for legal compliance.

You agree to defend and indemnify QRelix from claims arising from:

• Your content
• Your legal violations
• Misuse of the platform

Provided "AS IS." No warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or permanent hosting.

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• Total liability ≤ fees paid in the last 6 months or $100, whichever is greater
• No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Service is operated from the U.S. Users outside the U.S. must comply with local laws. We may restrict access in certain regions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violating these terms
• Legal reasons
• Security risk
• Business necessity

Upon termination, licenses end and we may delete data.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of King County, Washington State, USA. Exclusive jurisdiction lies in the state and federal courts located in King County, WA.

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Headings are for convenience only.
