Delete your account
Delete your QRelix account and its data from the app, or ask us to do it by email.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the QRelix app and sign in.
- Go to Account and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.
Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out on that device.
Ask us to delete it by email
If you can't use the app, email contact@qrelix.com from the address on your QRelix account with the subject “Delete my QRelix account”. We may reply to confirm the request comes from you, then delete the account and tell you when it's done.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile
- Every QR code in your workspace. Printed copies stop working.
- All scan data and analytics
- Hosted pages, brand kits, and API keys
Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
Before you delete
- Subscriptions bought in the app through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google. Cancel them in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings first, or they keep renewing.
- Subscriptions bought on qrelix.com are cancelled right away when you delete your account. Unused time is not refunded.
- Shared workspaces: if you own a workspace with other members, remove them or hand over ownership on the web first.
