Printing
Tips for a code that scans
- Hang it at eye level, where people pause, such as doors, counters, and lines.
- For reading from 2 meters away, the code should be at least 20 cm across; print on Tabloid or larger if needed.
- Add a short reason to scan in the headline, such as "Get 10% off" or "See today's specials".

Questions
QR Code Poster Template FAQ
- How big should the QR code on a poster be?
- It depends on the distance. A good rule is at least a tenth of the scanning distance. Our free QR code size calculator gives exact numbers for your distance.
- Is the template really free?
- Yes. Edit it, add your link, and download the PDF or PNG with no account. The QR code in the download is static, so it always goes to the link you typed.
- Can I change the link after I print it?
- Not with the free download, because a static QR code holds the link itself. For a code you can change after printing, with every scan tracked, create a dynamic QR code on QRelix and use the same template in its print designer.
