How it works
How to make a cash app qr code
Enter your $Cashtag
Type your $Cashtag from your Cash App profile, with or without the $. The code links to cash.app/$yourcashtag, which opens Cash App when it is installed and the website when it is not.
Choose colors and settings
Open the Design tab to pick a color preset or your own brand colors, set error correction, and choose the PNG size. A built-in check warns you if your colors are too close to scan reliably.
Test and download
Scan the preview with your phone and check that the $Cashtag and name shown are yours. Then download a PNG for screens or an SVG for print. The code is made right in your browser.
Optional: make it a Smart QR code

Explained
What is a cash app qr code?
A Cash App QR code opens your $Cashtag page when it is scanned. The code stores the link cash.app/$yourcashtag; on a phone with Cash App installed it typically opens the app on your profile, and otherwise it opens your page in the browser. The payer enters the amount and sends the payment in Cash App as usual.
Enter your $Cashtag, with or without the $. To find it, open Cash App and tap your profile icon; your $Cashtag is shown under your name. Type it exactly, since a single wrong character can lead to a different person. If you change your $Cashtag, codes printed with the old one no longer point to you, so print fresh codes after any change.
QRelix never touches the money. The code is a plain link to Cash App's own page, and the payment happens entirely in Cash App. Cash App also has its own in-app code, and this tool is useful when you want a print-ready PNG or SVG in your own colors for a counter, tip jar, or booth sign. Print it at least 3 cm (1.2 in) wide, test-scan with an iPhone and an Android, and confirm the $Cashtag that opens is yours.
