Hosted Pages: QR Code Menus, PDFs, Link in Bio, and Business Cards

Updated

A hosted page is a mobile page that QRelix builds and hosts for you, so your QR code can open a menu, a PDF, your links, or a business card without a website of your own. Pages are styled with your brand, you can change them anytime without reprinting, and every view and tap shows up in the page's analytics.

Pages live at qrelix.com/pages/your-page, or on your own domain with Team (for example go.yourbrand.com/pages/menu).

Start from a template

Pick a tile under Hosted pages in the QR code wizard, or open Pages in the dashboard and click New page. Every template is a starting point you can change block by block.

Template What scanners see
Link in bio All your links as big buttons, plus your social profiles
Menu Sections, dishes, prices, and dietary tags, with your opening hours
PDF Your PDF, opened right on the phone, with a download button
Image A photo, flyer, or graphic, full width
File A document, spreadsheet, or presentation ready to download
Video An uploaded video, or a YouTube or Vimeo link
Business card Your contact details with one-tap Save contact
Event Date, time, and place with Add to calendar
Wi-Fi page The network name and password, with one tap to copy
Survey Your own questions; answers appear in the page's analytics
Simple page Text, images, and buttons for anything else

Want guests to join your Wi-Fi straight from the camera, with no page in between? Use the Wi-Fi Login tile and turn off dynamic. The code then holds the network itself.

Create a page in the wizard

  1. Choose a tile under Hosted pages, for example Menu.
  2. Fill in the page: give it a title, then add your content. Click Preview to see it on a phone.
  3. Signed in with pages already? Choose Use an existing page to point the code at one of them.
  4. Finish the wizard as usual. QRelix creates the page and the code together.

After you create the code, open Pages to add more blocks, choose the page link, and see visits.

Edit a page

Open Pages in the dashboard and click a page. The editor has three tabs, with a live phone preview beside them:

  • Content. The page title, a one-line intro, and the blocks. Add a block, then open it to edit. Use the arrows to reorder, or duplicate and remove blocks.
  • Settings. The page link, whether the page is Published (drafts show visitors a not found page), and the brand kit it uses.
  • Analytics. Views in the last 30 days, how many came from QR scans, what visitors tapped, and survey answers with a CSV download.

Click Save and visitors see the change right away. Printed codes never change.

Blocks

Heading, text, image, button, link list, social icons, divider, file, video, audio, menu, contact card, event, Wi-Fi, survey, location (with directions), and opening hours. A page can have up to 60 blocks.

Point any QR code at a page

On a link code's Configure page, set Destination to Page and pick the page. The card shows the page's link, its views, and an Edit page link. Several codes can open the same page, and the analytics show which views came from scans.

Pages also work with Smart Routing: in any link field of a route, click the page icon to pick one of your pages, for example a Spanish menu for Spanish-speaking phones.

Your brand on pages

On Pro and Team, pages wear your Brand Kit: your logo at the top, your color on buttons and links, and a soft tint of it behind the page. Each page uses the workspace's default kit unless you choose another in Settings.

Codes made before hosted pages

QR codes created as File, PDF, Menu, Image, vCard, Note, dynamic Wi-Fi, Survey, or Calendar Event now open a hosted page built from their content. The printed code, its scan link, and its scan history stay exactly the same, and these pages never count toward your plan's page limit. Survey answers collected before the change appear in the page's analytics. You can edit these pages like any other in Pages.

Privacy and security

A page is public to anyone with its link, so share sensitive details only with codes protected by a password or location check, and keep the page link to yourself. Pages are never indexed by search engines. Video links play through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and Vimeo's do-not-track mode.
